3、复制CODEX文件夹下的未加密补丁到游戏目录覆盖
4、运行游戏

需要正式版先升级到v1.0.5版本才可使用

Fixed an issue with AI diplomatic state machine sometimes getting stuck and resulting in a pending turn
Added a failsafe for AI to continue making decisions even if encounters an issue
