1、解压缩
2、安装Update目录下的升级补丁到游戏目录中
3、复制Crack目录下的未加密补丁到游戏目录中覆盖
4、开始游戏

Patch #3 just released!

Hey folks,

we are working hard on fixing those issues and were already able to eliminate the following major bugs with the newest patch:

- [Mission 30] HQ upgrade needed which is actually already finished
- Instead of 60 seconds the timer for a mission is 60 minutes.
- Sometimes 3 Crimes take place at the same location at the same time.
- Now and then missions pop up in locked districts.

Of course we'll keep on working down the list to get rid of the remaining issues.

- "Search & Arrest missions" are to hard, respectively the area is too big.
- "Search and neutralize suspect missions" are too hard to complete and are not explained very well.
- Patrol cars/bikes do not chase after fleeing suspects (on pursuit).
- Pedestrians remain standing on the streets and block the traffic and/or patrols.
- [Mission 30] HQ upgrade needed which is actually already finished
