Graphics

Fixed DirectX 11 initialization problem which could happen under Windows 7 SP 1 64-bit
Added hint for AMD "Dynamic Switchable Graphics" that we need the best possible GPU (similar to NVIDIA Optimus which got already informed)
Fixed a shader combination problem which could trigger inside the Avalanche event
Fixed umbrella color changing when switching between closed/opened
Fixed wet surfaces effect causing on some perpendicular visual artifacts (Ultra settings only)
GUI:
The mini-map can now also be zoomed with the mouse wheel
