More improvements for AI. (Most noticeable changes will be human enemies with
ranged weapons)

More improvements for AI spawn system:

Some areas of the map wil be populated with enemies while others are not. A
certain percentage of the map will always have enemies present. These areas
which are populated change over time (~ every 5 minutes). This is in response to
feedback concerning the overall difficulty of the game. When choosing the low
enemy count option from the in game menu, there will be very little AI present
throughout the map. AI spawned in by missions are not affected.

Increased rarity of sword wielding AI.
