Critical Fixes:
+ Fixed a multiplayer combat desync that could occur in games
involving more than two players.
+ Fixed a crash related to unlocking salvage projects.
+ Fixed a pirate combat crash.

+ Ships can no longer be dragged in and out of defense fleets in the
