Patch readme

Patch fixes the following issues

Standard, Special Editions and Steam version:

1. Synchronization of various versions in multiplayer 

2. The difficulty on the Easy level is significantly reduced.

3. Game editor added, engagement of game modes possible. 
Find it in c:\Program Files\***\Men of War Vietnam\ or in the game folder in the Start menu

4. Campaign for USA available from the start

5. Errors in unit names fixed

Special Edition only:

1. Mission 'Survivor' issue with the mission completion fixed.

2. Mission 'No Surrender' issue with impossibility to locate units in the church fixed. 

3. Mission 'Risky plan' error with mission completion fixed.

Stean versions: 

1. In-game achievements are now synchronized with Steam achievements
