　　This item called "The Blackened Eye" is a staff that was made in the third era when Pelagius Septim III was the ruler. The creator of this staff is unknown but it seems that the maker of this mysterious staff was consumed by madness and indulged in insane practices. This staff is located in the Pelagius Wing of the Blue Palace where Queen Elisif sits on her throne. "The Blackened Eye" is made from a grey or purple wood that appears to be sapped of its life, and the orb is a mixture of light blues and dark purples, but there's a bright red pupil that will reach into the target's soul while the wielder cuts them up slowly.
