《城市：天际线》2号(v1.0.7c)升级档+3DM未加密补丁

使用说明：

1、解压缩
2、安装Update文件夹下的升级补丁到游戏目录
3、复制Crack文件夹下的未加密补丁到游戏目录覆盖
4、运行游戏

需要先升级到v1.0.6b版本
