《全面战争：幕府将军2》外交MOD

使用说明：

把MOD文件(.pack)文件复制到：游戏目录\data 文件夹下

MOD效果：
1. 联盟: 最低数值为60 (原版是 40), 减少值为 -2 (原版是 -3), 初始数值为 120 (原版是  100) - this makes aliances stronger and effect goes down  slowly
2. 人质: 减少值为  -3 (原版是   -5) - this makes sending hostages bit more usefull in longer terms
3. 婚姻: 最低数值为 50 (原版是  20), 初始数值为  120 (原版是   100) - this makes marriage more important thing and stays stronger
4. 领域划分: 减少值为  -2 (原版是  -5), 初次数值为 -20 (原版是  -10), 最低限制为  -80 (原版是  -200) - this makes RD more balanced, clans not getting angry on you so fast and RD is not such a nonsence anymore.
5. 礼物: 减少值为   -4 (原版是  -5) - this makes gifts bit more important, effect goes down slowly
6. 交易: 增加值为   +2 (原版是  +1), 初次数值为 +10 (原版是  +15) - this give players bit higher bonus to trade rights every turn until it reaches its limit.
